Thank you for your interest in being a part of Anderson Jeepfest and Expo. We understand there are many options for shows to attend and truly appreciate your participation with us. We hope this event grows in size every year, and we look forward to its continued success through valued sponsors. We truly appreciate each and everyone’s support and look forward to this year’s event!!
- Vendors will be assigned a specific space at the event based on size.
- All personal vehicles except authorized display vehicles must parked in the designated parking area. Any vehicle(s) that are not used in the display will be asked to park in another area. There is no overnight parking allowed.
- All vendors must follow the move-in instructions and directions of the Event Management. These will be sent in advance so everyone can plan accordingly before arrival
- FOOD & DRINKS: There will be food and drink vendors at the event. Food vendor applications will not be accepted closer than 15 days before the event.
- Each vendor spot will measure 10’x10′. If more space is needed, please purchase the appropriate amount of spaces. Each vendor will need to purchase the appropriate space for the display that they are bringing. Each spot is $50 for a for a 10x10. Multiple spots can be purchased. You can also upgrade your location to a premium location for an extra $50.
- All vendors are expected to pay for their spaces promptly to secure a spot(s)
